Delivery and payment

TERMS OF DELIVERY:

* Delivery of less than 4 boxes — 300 UAH.

* Delivery from 4 boxes — 198 UAH.

* Delivery is carried out by our own refrigerated truck delivery service to the point of sale (to a place where a truck can drive up) or to the entrance of the building, according to the company's delivery schedule. In order to ship the order according to your delivery schedule, the order must be placed and paid for by 2:00 p.m. 2 days before the expected shipment.

* Orders are accepted from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

* Delivery in Kyiv is carried out from Monday to Saturday.

* Delivery in the Kyiv region and regions is carried out according to your schedule (you can check the schedule with the operator).

* Delivery is carried out during the day, within the business hours of the outlet specified by you during registration.

* Due to the large number of deliveries, unfortunately, it is not possible to warn the client about the exact time of delivery. Therefore, on the day of delivery, a person who can accept the goods must be present at your point of sale.

* Check the product for integrity in the presence of the driver.

* The product cannot be returned or exchanged.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED THE DAY BEFORE 2 PM

You can pick up your orders yourself at the warehouse in Kyiv.

To do this, when placing an order, select "Pick-up" and the warehouse address.

When choosing the "SELF PICKUP" function, you will receive DISCOUNT for the total amount of the order! Contact the operator to calculate the discount.
